From there, head east down Route 3 and Route 4.

You can find Charmander in the wild here, along with inside Rock Tunnel. The last two places where Charmanders tend to spawn are Route 22 and Route 23, both on the far left of the map, connecting Indigo Plateau and Viridian City. Yes it is possible I got a level 1 wartortle in the shaking grass in the rain And bulbasaur apears at level 1 quiet often as well.. I found out you can get the kanto,jhoto and heon starters in black 2 and white 2 locations are next to Rosie's gym there should be a clown there but it depends on the season also you can find a clown in the battle company and there's a third but I can't remember we're that one is.
